Directions:

Peregrine House (19 Clearwater, Lower Mill Estate, GL7 6FJ) is on Lower Mill Estate which is within the Cotswold Waterpark area, just south of Cirencester:

Directions from M4: Leave the M4 at Junction 15 and head north along the A419 towards Cheltenham. After approximately 16 miles on the A419, take the Spine Road junction, signposted for the Cotswold Waterpark. Head towards Ashton Keynes and Oaksey, continue for 2 miles until you reach a staggered cross road (signposted Oaksey), go straight over and Lower Mill Estate is on the left after a further 1.5 miles

Directions from M5: Leave the M5 at Junction 11A whether you are coming from the North or the South and head along the A417 towards Cirencester/Swindon, at Cirencester the A417 becomes the A419 on towards Swindon. After approximately 16 miles on the A417/A419, take the Spine Road junction, signposted for the Cotswold Waterpark, and then as above from M4

By rail: Kemble Railway Station is a ten-minute drive from the Estate

Turn off the Spine Road into the Estate and the main entrance is on your right with double entrance gates (with sentry box) – gate access code is provided a few weeks before your arrival. Please note: You will be greeted by security on arrival and you will need to let them know the name and number of the property you are staying at (Peregrine House, 19 Clearwater). Please pass this information on to your other guests

Please have your parking permits displayed in your car on arrival. Guests must arrive with a completed parking permit displayed

Continue through the gates, over the bridge and straight on through the estate keeping left, going through the overflow car park until you reach a cross roads. Turn right here and follow the road over the stonewalled bridge. Continue straight on, passing by boat stores/ garages

Keep going and at the end of the road, there is a small car pack to the left, turn into this and use space no. 19, for Peregrine House. If there is more than one car in your party, please use the overflow car park that you just drove through (before the cross roads)

Once parked up, Peregrine House is in front of the parking space, to the right just by the boat stores. A path leads to the house from the small car park

A key box is on the left column by the front door, code to access the key is provided before our arrival
