Caters for 10+2 comfortably, with open plan living, fully equipped kitchen and dining facilities, outdoor decking with a 6 person hot tub and direct access to the largest lake on the estate. 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (ground floor bathroom and single bedroom accessible for one wheelchair user). Access to the Lower Mill Estate facilities (shared with other properties) including spa (treatments extra), gym, indoor and outdoor pools, lake activities (boating, kayaking, paddle boarding), tennis, football, bar, restaurant, bike tracks and woodland walks
OPEN PLAN LIVING & OUTDOOR FUN
The social hub of the house is on the ground floor: open plan living and dining hub with sliding doors to soak up the views. A top of the range kitchen will keep the foodies happy, totally kitted out with the ultimate kitchen companion Alexa Show for those all-important recipes. Chat and chop whilst your nearest and dearest sit back and relax on the comfy sofas. Kids can enjoy the outdoors, watch Sky Q on the 55" TV, play on the Wii console or board games (all part of the package, including superfast fibre broadband). When it’s time to dine, gather at the large dining table with the backdrop of lakes and a cosy wood burner, it really does set the scene for the most wonderful dining experience. An extensive decking area outside offers unfettered views across the lagoon with direct access to the water. Rain or shine, enjoy the views from the six seater hot tub, garden seating and a charcoal BBQ grill. You will also find on the ground floor a snug single bedroom along with a wet room which has been adapted with a wider entrance for easy wheelchair access.
SPACIOUS ACCOMMODATION
On the first floor you will find a family shower room and three further bedrooms, a triple bunk room, a twin and a kingsize master en-suite. Two of the bedrooms also have direct access to a private veranda with uninterrupted views of the lake, wonderfully relaxing at sunrise with a silky Nespresso. On the second floor is a private suite featuring a kingsize room, landing with a desk and chair, and a bathroom for long soaks in the tub. All sleeping quarters offer guests the very best in luxury linens and sumptuous beds for the ultimate night’s sleep. Towels are also included. The bedrooms can accommodate up to x10 guests. A futon (kids only) and trundle bed (adult size) are also available, as are two travel cots (please bring bedding), offering capacity for 10+2+2!

In addition to the facilities at Peregrine House, guests can experience and enjoy the Estate’s facilities: Lower Mill/ Activities. Revive and indulge with indoor and outdoor heated pools, eco-pool, sauna, steam room and a fully equipped gym. A wide range of treatments can also be booked at the Spa. The Estate also has plenty to keep all the family busy: a tennis court, 3G football pitch, nature trails and cycle tracks, a kids outdoor playground and indoor soft play plus lake equipment hire. Delicious food and drinks are also served all day long at the Ballihoo Restaurant in the heart of the Estate
